A unique restorative practice that will help in moving physical and energetic blocks before your meditation class.
In this class you will be guided through simple yoga postures held for longer periods of time in a very supportive and comfortable manner. These postures correspond with your energy centres to prepare your body and mind to sit in stillness. Deep tension in the body is released through this restorative practice, which allows for greater rest and healing during meditation.
