At Lifestyle Meditation, we see people navigating multiple sources of stress that show up primarily as symptoms of worry, anxiety, anger, frustration, depression, and lack of motivation. We believe that through education and practice, you can learn to how remain calm amidst stressful situations, become better (and more mindful) choice makers, and boost your energy!
The Learn to Meditate series is a 4-week series introducing you to the basic science, philosophy and practices of meditation – as taught in our LM Signature Series Classes: Mantra, Breathe, Move, Chakra, Journey, and Sleep. It is our intention that enough information and simple instruction is provided so that you – as the student – feel confident to engage in a home practice, and have the tools to self-regulate amidst stressful situations.
Each week will be led by a different instructor, so that you will get to know 4 of our studio teachers, and a new practice will be introduced:
week 1 (mantra)
week 2 (breath)
week 3 (movement)
week 4 (visualization)
Designed for absolute beginners or those that have tried but do not have a lot of context for the practice and practicality of it, or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
This 4 week registered series will be offered every month, with the option of Monday evening (7:45 – 9:00 pm) OR Saturday afternoon (1:30 – 2:45 pm).
$75 + GST for all 4 weeks*

Full payment is required to reserve your seat in any of our workshops. You will be refunded in full if we receive a minimum of 24 hours notice of your cancellation, or you can gift your seat to a friend.
